Never in our country’s history have Americans witnessed the travesty of such an anti-constitutional administration and congress. And a great deal of the responsibility falls on both major political parties and the media. However, there are others, including American voters who refuse to intelligently discuss the issues and critically analyze what the administration is doing. As a result, the likelihood of another civil war or second revolution increases with each passing day and each new power-grab by the Obama administration.
This past week, while garnering the largest market share of any news media outlet, Glenn Beck painstakingly analyzed what the Obama administration is really all about and what it is actually doing. There hasn’t been one White House denial. At the end of the week, Beck presented five questions Americans should ask their politicians. Questions based in our Constitution. Glenn suggested in the strongest terms that Americans ask their political representatives each of the questions and then following-up with the question “Are you in or out?” And if the representative is not on board with the questions, then Americans need to vote them “out” in the 2010 elections.
Although I completely concur with Mr. Beck with respect to his analysis of this administration and the previous one (Beck is no fan of Bush spending, etc.), there are a plethora of reasons America will not make it to the mid-term elections in 2010. The analysis of this potential reality and a possible scenario follows.

Many great men toiled arduously for years making the case for this country’s Revolutionary War against Great Britain. And even before Thomas Paine, Samuel Adams, Ben Franklin, Patrick Henry and Thomas Jefferson set ink to parchment, great thinkers like the Reverend Samuel Rutherford had already laid the foundation for revolution. In Rutherford’s case, his Lex, Rex juxtaposed the Law as King versus the King as Law. Unfortunately, America’s politicians have cloaked themselves with the mantle of royalty and flaunted the law, just as any despotic king in time past.
Besides the aforementioned political thinkers, there were legal scholars, such as William Blackstone, as well as religious scholars, whose influences on our Revolution can never be dismissed — unless you’re a leftist, Pelosi-liberal, communist “czar” advising President Obama or the president himself. Additionally, before our Revolution, Johathan Edwards, and his Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God, along with the preaching of Rev. Samuel Davies and other pastors found themselves amidst a great spiritual awakening within the colonies. An awakening that preceded the closer examination of the Bible’s Romans Chapter XIII as war approached. Thus, there were men from multiple disciplines who influenced revolutionary thinking and the documents before and after the war.
Today, there are many who adhere to the thinking of our Founding Fathers, but there are few who think like them. David Barton is one of them, as is Herbert Titus. Unfortunately, our contemporary law schools have rejected the basis of American law by interpolating societal “norming” into American jurisprudence. This is one of the causative factors that has led to the repeated rape of the US Constitution by lawyers, the judiciary, and the influence of career politicians. As a result, Americans suffer the whimsical nature of law resulting from today’s focus on case law, as argued by those who define terms. Thus, America has rejected what is the immutable basis for our Constitution.

I created the following bit of ‘wishful thinking’ in an effort to lay down a series of events that would give HOPE to millions of decent Americans – ESPECIALLY those of us that are old enough to have lived in and personally experienced some of America’s most innocent and wholesome eras. I was raised in the 40s and the 50s. Those of you readers who did the same will understand my dream of taking back our country from the thieves who have turned this once fine country into a morally rotted corpse of its former nature.
Create whatever scenario you like – to accommodate the following drama. I have purposely ‘created situations’ that were based on personal experience and actual historic fact, to give the projected events an even more chilling reality. See how many you can find that are based on historic fact.
My ’story’ begins: The time is late 2010, and our country had already suffered two terms of the war criminal George Bush –And we thought that Clinton was the ultimate evil? He was a rank amateur compared to Obama. As his 4-year term went on, the new horrors that we expected began. Double digit inflation – pervert marriages supported by tax dollars from true believing Christians – tax burdens that staggered even some liberals – so much so that the middle class – the working backbone of America were virtually completely destroyed. The results were about the same as if we had a Democrat regime.
We are now well into the 2nd year of a Democrat President – a Godless Negro Zionist/Marxist who is not surprisingly has sent thousands and thousands more American sons to bleed and die for IsraHELL. He is supportive of the criminal State of IsraHELL, and has given support for yet another preemptive war against yet another sovereign nation who had posed us no threat nor any harm. That country of course is Iran. Israel which now controls our every aspect of life in addition to our Zionist government – calls ALL the shots. The Jews blackmailed us into getting involved in yet ANOTHER war for the Jews – and with that support – had the confidence to have bombed the power plants with nuclear weapons. The loss of innocent civilian life was horrific.

Most of us have been in this tragic position before. It feels something like that slow, heavy walk that we experience as we approach the front door of the funeral home. The anticipation of walking through that door into a room that reeks of death is a soul chilling moment that is never forgotten.
The statements, the warnings, the what if’s, and how can they do that situations are thousands upon thousands across America. The personal injuries heaped on the heads of true Americans at the border, in the city streets, by apostate church leaders, from judges at all levels, to the arrogant bureaucrats that run our lives and could fill the Library of Congress if printed, are ABSOLUTE proof that the Republic is dead.
There is no one left to turn to for relief from an onslaught that would have been a declared war had it come from another country. We as a nation of citizens, have been brutalized so badly by criminals inside the government, that we could have easily justified the use of deadly force to beat back the pillaging of our homes and communities. And diabolically, this has been done by the very people who were allowed a seat of power over us by our own vote.
The ongoing war for liberty is being waged on a thousand fronts. City and county governments have been persuaded by government agents to buy into Agenda 21 at all levels and adopt the radical environmentalist agenda. These local maniacs have done so eagerly. They revel in the appearance of solidarity both socially and politically with those who want to see swamp dwelling muskrats be able to retain attorneys should their habitat be threatened. Utterly blind deceit and a spirit of delusion reigns. Churches and cities have joined in efforts to provide illegal aliens (illegal here meaning ILLEGAL) “sanctuary” in direct and open violation of federal law. You know, the kind of federal law that says you can’t shoot FBI agents on sight or that you MUST pay a voluntary illegal federal income tax, or call a sodomite evil, to just name a few minor federal laws. But then, since when has consistency or lawful conduct ever meant anything to BATF, FBI, IRS, CIA, DEA or NTSB agents that were at Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, Flight 800, New York, the Pentagon, Dallas, etc., etc., etc…..We have been misled, lied to, confused, plotted against and abused by lawyers representing all of these entities so many times, that every last one of the perpetrators would have been hung in the public square 120 years ago.
Instead, patriots, citizens, civic groups and moms and pops have been the target of these same self-serving, power infested dirt bags simply because they wanted the truth and were not going to accept any other made up version of Washington’s idea of “truth.”
Many of these good people have been the victim of government abuse at the hands of federal prosecutors and judges who receive bonuses for successful prosecutions. Honest, God fearing and courageous individuals have been persecuted by the United State’s government for following the law, publishing the truth, and protesting the cowardly use of “Nazi” power that was allowed by federal judges bought and paid for by the Council on Foreign Relations or simply the so called “Justice Department.”

GREAT FIREBALL: A remarkable midnight fireball that "turned night into day" over parts of the western United States last night was not a Leonid. Infrasound measurements suggest a sporadic asteroid not associated with the Leonid debris stream. The space rock exploded in the atmosphere with an energy equivalent to 0.5 - 1 kilotons of TNT. Approximately 6 hours later, observers in Utah and Colorado witnessed a twisting iridescent-blue cloud in the dawn sky. Debris from the fireball should have dissipated by that time, but the cloud remains unexplained; we cannot yet rule out a connection to the fireball event. BOISE - A number of people called our newsroom, e-mailed us, and were talking about it on Twitter.
A meteor streaked across the night sky-- lighting it up as if it were daytime.
The phone was ringing off the hook at Ada County dispatch and the Boise Airport as well.
Some viewers described it as the biggest thing they have ever seen-- with a long flame trailing behind it.
"At first I saw a little bright light, it was yellow, after about five to ten seconds it turned into a giant green fireball that was probably about the size of the moon. It was pretty amazing." said James Callahan. "It did scare me, luckily there were no other cars around me, because it did stop me dead on the road right there."
One person saw it from the WalMart parking lot on Glenwood and said it lit up the entire sky.
KSL, our NBC affiliate in Salt Lake City, reported the ground shaking as it zipped through, one viewer claiming it even shook his outside door open.
Ward Riley was driving when a friend called him to ask if he had seen the meteor.
"When the meteor went over, some lights in Twin Falls went out. A friend of mine was driving through Mountain Home at the same time and he said he noticed some of the light-censored street lights went out." said Ward Riley. "It was so bright, at first I thought maybe the wind hit a transformer and exploded it but it was a lot brighter than that. It was like the morning sun had just come up over the hill."
Riley said both of them noticed several light-censored street lamps turn off in Twin Falls and Mountain Home because the flash was so bright.
An expert says the earth is passing the Leonid Meteor Shower, which is one of the most spectacular meteor showers that can be seen each year.
The meteor was seen as far north as Wyoming, and as far west as California and south into Colorado.
February of 2008 was the last time there was a meteor sighting in the Treasure Valley.

If nothing happens to criminals in elected Government offices, then what you have is CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT, which is in fact dangerous to your life on Earth. Is that what the future should be? Is "THE TREND" of Big Brother Almighty Government controlling every aspect of your being from cradle to grave acceptable to you? 1.25 MILLION PEOPLE IN UKRAINE
I don't know if anyone reading this has heard the horrific nightmare enveloping Ukraine and Belarus right now. There is a massive pandemic going on with a NEW TYPE OF FLU as yet undiscovered. As I wrote on this blog awhile back, I told you that the Swine Flu virus would somehow combine with the Avian and Regular Flu virus somehow and that it would destroy your lungs. If you think this is non sense your sadly mistaken. Those countries according to published reports from within are in absolute LOCKDOWN and paralyzing fear of TOTAL COLLAPSE. This is serious folks, this may well be THE LAST DAYS PLAGUE!
